How to Update Your Account

Most account details can be updated directly from your Seller Dashboard under 'Account Settings'. For changes that require verification (such as bank account or GSTIN updates), you will need to submit supporting documents through the support portal.

Settlement Timeline

Settlements are processed within 2-5 business days after successful delivery of an order. If you have not received your settlement within this window, raise a ticket with your order ID and settlement statement reference.
